Proudly established on 23rd September 2000, we started off as electrical work specialists and over the years our business had expanded into building construction sector taking up Design & Build as well as Additions & Alterations projects.
Leap is a registered contractor and licensed builder listed in the Building & Construction Authority (BCA). We provide construction related works and services from the base architectural works to finishes and M&E works which include integration of all system services and maintenance to both trades.
Since inception, we have been serving both public and private sectors comprising of government bodies/board, public utilities, commercial/industrial building spaces, industrial REITS, recreational centers as well as military buildings.
Leap relies on good management core values, a thorough understanding of the construction sector and the ability to exceed the expectations of clients regardless of the complexity of the projects.

Safety is never compromised as a result of speed; we are accredited with bizSAFE Enterprise STAR and we have been recognized by our clients for successful achievement of safe work hours with no lost time injury.
